Paperwork

All camp paperwork is due by JULY 1st, 2026; the earlier, the better.

You will receive an email with 3 DocuSign links:
1. Camper Participation Forms
2. Authorization to Administer Medication Form (must be filled out for EACH medication)
3. Upload Documents: immunizations, health insurance cards, etc.

Submitting paperwork early is strongly encouraged, as our Healthcare Director must review all files to ensure campers have everything they need. If anything is missing or incorrect, you’ll want enough time to provide updated documents.

Please submit documents through docusign rather than emailing them to us.

Join our Parent Facebook Group

This group is exclusively for parents of registered campers. It’s a great place to ask questions, connect with other families, and stay updated throughout the camp season.

Camp Mail

Snail mail can be slow and should be sent well in advance to ensure it arrives during your camper’s session. If mail arrives before your child’s session, we will hold it until they arrive. However, each year we still end up returning a significant amount of mail that arrives after campers have gone home.

Ideally, please drop off all camper mail on arrival and clearly label each item with the day you would like it delivered.

Letters & Packages can be mailed to:

Barton Center
Camper Name
Camp Joslin OR Clara Barton Camp
PO BOX 356
North Oxford, MA 01537

For packages shipped via Amazon or any carrier that cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, please use the following address:

Barton Center
Camper Name
Camp Joslin OR Clara Barton Camp
30 Ennis Road
North Oxford, MA 01537

Waldo

We use Waldo for camp photos and digital mail, so you can see moments from your camper’s experience and send them notes during the session. It’s a simple way to stay connected while they’re away. Digital mail is one-way, Parent to camper. Campers can send mail home via USPS.

Yondr Pouches

Yondr pouches to support both diabetes management and a more present, connected camp experience. During the day, campers will keep their phones in secure pouches to minimize distraction, while still being able to access them anytime they need with staff support. Importantly, diabetes alerts and notifications (like CGMs) continue to come through as usual. Overnight, our team ensures campers have everything they need for safe, consistent diabetes care. If you would like to view a brief video of the Yondr Pouches you can view that here.

This approach helps campers:

  • Build independence and self-trust
  • Stay present and connected with peers
  • Experience camp without constant digital distraction
