The weekend before Halloween has never been so much fun!  Come sleep over at Clara Barton Camp to learn about trick or treating with diabetes, make new friends, enjoy healthy snacks, and so much more.  This program will include lots of Halloween games, crafts, stories, and singing!  Bring the whole family and join us for this magical weekend!



Family Insulin Pump Weekend

Is your family ready to explore the possibility of insulin pump therapy?  Join us for a hands-on learning experience and try on different types of insulin pumps.  Learn the pump lingo: basal rates, bolus, insulin to carbohydrate ratios, and more!  Ask Barton's expert diabetes team any questions.  Representatives from different pump companies will be on site to explain their pumps, so you can make an educated decision whether pumping is right for your family.

Is there a grandparent, aunt, uncle, neighbor, or babysitter who is willing to look after your child with diabetes "if only they understood what diabetes is all about?"  Send your child and the caregiver to camp for "Diabetes 101."  Each caregiver will leave camp with the skills to manage your child's diabetes effectively.
